On a personal level, there is a reflective process about the profession of being a teacher. Which in addition to meeting some requirements from their disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge. His vocation demands other social skills and emotional management of his students. 

Empathy is one of the factors that the teacher must take into account, given that each student is a universe, with different needs and shortcomings. Where the teacher plays a fundamental part in involving their students and making them part of their learning process.

The management of English language skills is essential when transmitting knowledge to students. For them, the trainee teacher is the same as other teachers and they ask to be supported in various activities or topics that they find difficult. It is notorious how they recognize when the teacher does not have a handle on the subject.

As teachers in training, interacting in these types of scenarios helps us to lose our fear of speaking in English, allowing us to fill ourselves with confidence and strengthen us to face other types of scenarios.

It prepares us for the resolution of problems that arise in educational environments and the way or alternatives that we ask for to solve them. 

Finally, the most beautiful and emotional result lies in the fact that for the students you become their family, you strengthen ties and build trust, to the point of knowing their personalities, their tastes, their fears and how to achieve motivation in them and the achievement of learning objectives.
